INCIDENT:           Theft / Burglary

DATE / TIME:      06/15/2016

LOCATION:         Queen Anne Way, Chester

 

DETAILS:              Victim having work done at the residence over several days by a subject from Calvert County. On Wednesday (6/15) the man came to work with a female helper. Victim left and when she returned she noticed several items out of place and others missing. Among the missing items were a platinum diamond wedding ring set and a heavy gold chain. The loss was estimated at over $10,000.

 

Investigation has been assigned to the Sheriffs CIU for follow-up.

DATE / TIME:      06/17/2016 @ 1219 Hours

LOCATION:         100 Block of Goldfinch Lane, Centreville

 

DETAILS:              Victim reported the theft of a Swim Ways floating basketball hoop valued at $100. The theft occurred sometime between noon on 6/16 and noon on the 17th.

DATE / TIME:      06/19/2016 @ 0130 Hours Reported)

LOCATION:         300 Block of Melvin Ave., Grasonville

 

DETAILS:              Victim advised she had left the residence around 1100 hours and upon returning several hours later found the home had been entered and someone had forced their way into her bedroom. $350 dollars was reported missing and an estimated $30 damage to a door.

 

Investigation is assigned to Sheriff’s CIU for follow-up.

DATE / TIME:      06/19/2016 @ 0246 Hours

LOCATION:         Old Love Point Road, Stevensville

 

DETAILS:              Deputy stopped a silver Ford Explorer for a minor traffic offense. Upon making contact with the driver an odor of alcohol was noted in addition to several additional indicators.

 

After attempting several field sobriety tasks, Jonathan Michael Ross (31) of Stevensville was charged with DWI. After charging documents and related paperwork was completed, Ross was released on his signature.

DATE / TIME:      06/19/2016 @ 1443 Hours

LOCATION:         431 Outlet Center Drive, Queenstown

 

DETAILS:              Manager at Sunglass Hut reported two suspect looking at sunglasses and when they left, a pair of Versace sunglasses valued at $255 was missing. The suspect left in a silver passenger car with NY plates.

LOCATION:         Marling Farms Development, Chester

 

DETAILS:              A member of the HOA for Marling Farms reported several mailboxes on Calvert Road and Bayside Drive had been damaged overnight. Several had been knocked off the post and repaired by the owners. A porta-potty at one on the beaches had also been knocked over.

 

One owner reported seeing a young white or Hispanic male walking with a female with dark shoulder length hair walking in the area.

DATE / TIME:      06/20/2016 @ 0751 Hours

LOCATION:         White Marsh Road, Centreville

 

DETAILS:              Several mailboxes from the 400 block to the 900 block of White Marsh Road were damaged during the night. Damages were estimated at $100.

 

An additional call was received from a residence on Spider Web Road about another mailbox and two solar lights being destroyed.

DATE / TIME:      06/20/2016 @ 1337 Hours

LOCATION:         300 Block of Stanford Road, Centreville

 

DETAILS:              Victim reported the theft of an estimated $1000 of tools from the bed of his truck including a Makita drill and sawzall, voltage tester, assorted hand tools and a black & yellow Craftsman bag. The theft was discovered as he left and the tailgate fell down.

DATE / TIME:      06/22/2016 @ 1153 Hours

LOCATION:         100 Block of Station Lane, Grasonville

 

DETAILS:              Victim reported her wallet had been stolen from her Toyota Rav4 overnight. The wallet contained a debit card, a credit card and two diamond wedding bands. The loss was estimated at $5000.

 

Victim’s bank notified her that the debit card had been used at several locations in Baltimore.

INCIDENT:           Burglary / Assault

DATE / TIME:      6/22/2016 @ 2046 Hours

LOCATION:         600 Block of Roe Road near Barclay

GREEN, Timothy Ryan

DETAILS:              Female victim reported she had invited a male friend to her residence, when a male she previously dated, broke into the residence and began to punch her male friend in the face. The male victim reported being punched several times in the face and then choked to a point that he could not breathe. When the female called 911, the suspect ran from the home and left in a white Chevrolet pickup.

 

The male victim had visible bruising to his face around his eyes and jaw. Several items including the door hardware and a lamp shade were damaged.

 

A warrant was issued for Timothy Ryan Green (27) of Hartley DE charging him with 1st & 2nd Degree assault, Reckless Endangerment, MDOP and Burglary. He was taken into custody on Saturday evening on the 25th. He was later released when a $10,000 Bond was posted
