As the Sheriff, I want to let you know that I appreciate the time you take to fill out the form regarding compliments on my staff. I am pleased to receive comments about their performance as this is an excellent evaluation tool and an important component of feedback from the community that we serve. I am very proud of my staff as they demonstrate a positive commitment to our community. When we receive your compliment, a copy is given to the Deputy, as well as their supervisors. A copy of your compliment is also placed in their personnel folder and posted on our "Deputy Thanks" bulletin board for other Deputies to view and see how much support the community gives them.
