Arrested: Jon Michael Leeking, 58yo from Rehoboth Beach, DE
Charged: Possession of CDS Paraphernalia and Warrant Service
On 7/22 at 8:29am, Deputies responded to an โunconsciousโ subject in a vehicle, in the area of Ewing Pond, in Grasonville. Upon arrival, Deputies made contact with the driver, Jon Leeking, who advised that he was sleeping. Deputies ran Leekingโs information through Dispatch who advised that Leeking had an open arrest warrant through Worcester County. It was confirmed that Leeking had 3 open arrest warrants and was taken into custody. Upon a search of Leeking, he attempted to conceal a glass smoking device used for methamphetamine. Leeking was arrested and charged accordingly.
As with all legal proceedings, it is important to remember that all subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Arrested: Steven Lunczynski, 43yo
Charged: DUI of Alcohol, DWI by Alcohol, Reckless Driving, and Negligent Driving
On 7/18 at 11:18pm, Deputy Trader conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for failing to maintain a single lane. Upon making contact with the driver, Steven Lunczynski, Deputy Trader detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from Lunczynski's breath. Lunczynski was asked to perform Field Sobriety Testing which he failed. Lunczynski was placed under arrest and charged accordingly.

Arrested: Ashley M. Lefevre, 37yo
Charged: Possession of CDS not Cannabis, Possession of CDS Paraphernalia, DWI by CDS, Driving While So Impaired by Drugs Incapable of Driving Safely, Negligent Driving, and Reckless Driving
On 7/16 at 8:51am, Deputies were notified through Dispatch to respond to the area of Main St and Watermans Ct, in Grasonville, in reference to an urgent check the welfare. Dispatch advised that a female was nodding off in a vehicle while still in drive. Deputies arrived on scene and located the female, identified as Ashley Lefevre, where she showed signs of impairment and CDS was located in plain view. A search of the vehicle located more CDS and CDS paraphernalia. Lefevre was arrested and later taken to the District Court Commissioner.
