LOCATION: Route 300 near Sudlersville
ARREST: Antonneo Renea Boyce (49) of Barclay
NARRATIVE: Dfc.Wattswas dispatched to the area for a reported drunk driver. Watts located the vehicle on Route 300 heading towards theDelawareline. The truck was observed stopping and starting in the roadway and going from the shoulder to the center line. Vehicle was stopped and driver identified as Antonneo Renea Boyce. When asked to exit the truck, Boyce had difficulty walking, standing and maintaining his balance. He was arrested and charged with DWI. Boyce was later released to a sober individual.

NARRATIVE: Sheriff’s Office responded to location for a 56 year old female found deceased. Investigation indicated no foul play and death was of natural causes.

INCIDENT: CDS Possession

LOCATION: 2000 Block ofStarr Road, Queen Anne
ARREST: Benjamin Robert O’Donnell (22) of Queen Anne
NARRATIVE: The Sheriff’s Office was called to the residence for a report of an individual using CDS. On arrival, Dfc. House was given a baggie of suspected marijuana and could smell the odor of marijuana. Contact was made with the occupant of the room Ben O’Donnell. Dfc. House seized several CDS related items including smoking devices and a jar with suspected marijuana. O’Donnell was placed under arrest and transported to the Sheriff’s Office for processing.

INCIDENT: Theft / Burglary

LOCATION: Farm @1320 Hope Road, Centreville
VICTIM Johnny C. Green of Arbutus, MD
NARRATIVE: Mr. Green reported that he and his son were at the farm to go hunting and that they had spent the night in a RV Trailer at that location. During the night unknown person(s) entered an unlocked enclosed utility trailer parked about 20 yards away and took two Mossberg shotguns. Both guns were 12 gauge with rifle bore barrels, each had a scope mounted and were valued at $1000.
