VICTIM:             37yo female of Chestertown

DETAILS:        Dep Pack responded to the above location for a report of a damaged mailbox.  Upon arrival, Dep Pack made contact with the victim who reported that her mailbox was damaged. She was advised by a witness that it was her neighbor who destroyed the mailbox. The victim made contact with her neighbor and they agreed to pay for the damages.  The victim requested a police report to document the incident.
