INCIDENT: Theft

LOCATION: Calvin Klein, 100 Block of Outlet Center Drive, Queenstown MD
VICTIM: Calvin Klein
ARRESTED: Timothy T. Brown, 23yo male of Baltimore, MD
Sharnell Williams, 29yo female of Baltimore, MD
DETAILS: Deputies were dispatched to the 100 Block of Outlet Center Dr., Queenstown MD, in reference to a shoplifting in progress. Prior to arrival, deputies learned that two individuals were seen stealing merchandise from the Calvin Klein store. While in route to the store, a description of the suspects was broadcasted to Deputies. It was also stated that the 2 suspects, later identified as Timothy T. Brown, and Sharnell Williams, had left the Calvin Klein store and were currently in the Old Navy store. Deputies made contact with Brown and Williams, who matched the description of the suspects, and who was walking out of the Old Navy store.
Deputies at the scene reviewed the surveillance video at the Calvin Klein store. The video showed Williams take merchandise off the hangers and hand it to Brown, who placed the merchandise into a bag. The video also shows Williams and Brown exit the Calvin Klein store without paying for the merchandise. That above-stated bag, containing the stolen merchandise from the Calvin Klein store, was later located in the bushes. The stolen merchandise had an approximate value of $325.00
Williams and Brown were placed under arrest and transported to the Queen Anne’s County Office of the Sheriff for processing. Williams and Brown were both charged with:

1. Theft $100 to under $1,500
2. Theft Scheme $100 to <$1,500

Both Williams and Brown were taken before a Queen Anne’s County Court Commissioner and later released on a $2,500 unsecured bond.
