INCIDENT: Theft: Under $1,000
DATE / TIME: 7/18/18 at approximately 8:54 am
LOCATION: 1200 Block of Dudley Corner Rd in Millington, Md
VICTIM: 56yo male from Millington, Md
DETAILS: Deputy Bradley responded to the above address in reference to a theft. The victim stated that his gray and orange Stihl HS 45 Hedge Trimmer had been stolen from his residence. INCIDENT: Malicious Destruction of Property (MDOP)/ Theft
DATE / TIME: 7/18/18 at approximately 12:36 am
LOCATIONS: Queenstown Outlets, Queenstown, Md
Hilton Garden Inn, Grasonville, Md
VICTIM: 39yo female from Centreville, Md
25yo female from Grasonville, Md
26yo male from Church Hill, Md
21yo female from Sudlersville, Md
54yo male from Grasonville, Md
DETAILS: Deputies responded to the Queenstown Outlets regarding several thefts. Upon arrival, deputies learned that an unknown suspect(s) damaged several vehicle windows. The unknown suspect(s) also stole items out of the vehicles. Some of the stolen items were located in areas close to the outlets. A few hours later, deputies were dispatched to the Hilton Garden Inn for a report of malicious destruction of property. At that location, another victim stated that an unknown suspect(s) damaged the window of her Black Nissan Rouge and stole her Coach purse from her vehicle. The stolen items are valued to be $1,720. INCIDENT: Driving Under the Influence
DATE / TIME: 07/21/2018 approximately 1:25am
LOCATION: Old Love Point Rd @ Love Point Rd, Stevensville Md
ARRESTED: Gary Keith Buckler, 46yo male from Stevensville, Md
DETAILS: While conducting traffic enforcement, Deputy First Class (DFC) Prince observed a Black Chevy HHR driving on the opposite side of the roadway. DFC Prince conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and made contact with the driver. The driver was identified as Gary Keith Buckler. While speaking with Buckler, DFC Prince smelled a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from Buckler’s Breath. Buckler admitted to just leaving a local establishment and consuming alcoholic beverages. During his investigation, DFC Prince conducted standardized field sobriety tests on Buckler. Based on the test results, Buckler was placed under arrest and charged with:
1. Negligent driving vehicle in careless and imprudent manner
2. Reckless driving
3. Driver change lanes when unsafe
4. Failure to drive vehicle on right half of roadway when required
5. Driving vehicle while under the influence of alcohol
6. Driving vehicle while impaired by alcohol
7. Driving vehicle while so far impaired by drugs/Alcohol, cannot drive safely

INCIDENT: Theft
DATE /TIME: 07/20/2018 at approximately 10:30 am
LOCATION: 1825 Main Street, Chester, Maryland 21619
VICTIM: Safeway Gas Station and CSC Service Works, Chester Md
DETAILS: Deputy Iman responded to the above address in reference to a past theft. The victim at that location stated that an unknown suspect broke into his company’s air compressor control box. The victim advised that on 7/20/18, he came to repair the air compressor control box and noticed that the door had been pried open. Approximately $350 had been taken from the cash machine. The damage to the air compressor control box is estimated at $250. INCIDENT: Attempted Burglary
DATE/TIME: 7/20/2018 at approximately12:00pm
LOCATION: 30 Block of Grasonville Terrace in Grasonville, Md
VICTIM: 64yo female from Grasonville, Md
DETAILS: Deputy Iman responded to the above address in reference to an attempted burglary. The victim at that location stated that an unknown suspect attempted to enter her residence. The preliminary investigation revealed that though the back the porch door handle was locked, an unknown suspect pulled the door handle out of place. However, the inner door had a deadbolt and prevented the unknown suspect from entering the residence. The handle was not damaged and the victim was able to fix it. INCIDENT: Controlled dangerous substance/ Disorderly conduct
DATE / TIME: 07/21/2018 approximately 10:40pm
LOCATION: 100 Main Street in Stevensville Md
ARRESTED: Jacqueline Burdi, 30yo female from Stevensville, Md
DETAILS: Deputies were dispatched to the above address regarding a disorderly subject who refused to leave an establishment. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with the subject, identified as Jacqueline Burdi. During the conversation, Burdi admitted to using and being in possession of drugs. Deputies conducted a search of Burdi’s possessions. Deputies located seven smoking devices containing a suspected controlled and dangerous substance. Deputies also located plastic capsules containing suspected controlled dangerous substances. Burdi was taken in front of the District Court Commissioner and was subsequently detained in the Detention Center.

Burdi was charged with:

1. CDS possession not Marijuana
2. CDS possession paraphernalia
3. CDS possession not Marijuana Opium/Cocaine

The plastic capsules will be sent off to the MSP lab for further testing.

INCIDENT: Controlled Dangerous Substance
DATE / TIME: 07/23/2018 approximately 1:30 am
LOCATION: Route 301 at Route 19 in Church hill, Md
ARRESTED: Sean Michael Tremel, 20yo male from Ohio
DETAILS: Deputy First Class (DFC) Prince was patrolling the area of Route 301 Northbound at Route 19 when he observed black Mercury Milan driving without tag lights. DFC Prince conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and made contact with the driver identified as Sean Michael Tremel. While speaking with Tremel, DFC Prince detected an odor of marijuana. As a result, a K-9 was called to the scene to complete a scan of the vehicle which resulted in a positive alert. A search of the vehicle was completed and less than 10 grams of marijuana was located in the vehicle. Tremel has issued a civil citation and released from the scene.`
