NARRATIVE: Victim reported that while out of the country, someone had stolen a lap top computer from his residence. The laptop is described as MacBook Pro 8.2 valued at $2800.

LOCATION: Queen Anne’s County Circuit Courthouse, Centreville
ARREST: David Dwayne Hicks (28) of Millington
CHARGE: FTA on Non-Support
NARRATIVE: David Hicks entered the Queen Anne’s County Circuit Courthouse and was recognized by Cpl. English at the front desk. While Hicks was in the Clerk’s Office the warrant for Non-Support was verified and as he attempted to exit was taken into custody. A search of Mr. Hicks resulted in the seizure of three baggies of suspected marijuana. Hicks was held on the Bench Warrant at the Detention Center. Charges reference to suspected marijuana are pending lab results.

ARREST: Patricia Shannon O’Sullivan (28) of Grasonville
CHARGE: Driving on a Suspended / Revoked License
NARRATIVE: A green passenger car was observed was stopped for several equipment violations and expired registration. Driver was identified as Ms. O’Sullivan by a Maryland Identification card. MVA confirmed her license to be suspended and she was taken into custody. She was later released on a Unsecured $1000 Bond by a District Court Commissioner.

ARREST: Senovia Elizabet Paz Orozco (27) of Church Hill
CHARGE: Driving without a Driver’s License
NARRATIVE: A gray pick-up was observed being operated on the wrong side of the road by an off-duty police officer. The vehicle was stopped and detained until a deputy arrived. The vehicle was occupied by a female driver, a male passenger and a male juvenile. The female driver offered an identification card (later found to be fictitious) and stated she did not have a license. No record of the driver could be located and she was taken into custody. The passengers were not detained. Ms. Orozco was taken to Sheriff’s Headquarters, processed and then released by a District Court Commissioner on her own recognizance.

NARRATIVE: Citizen walking behind Kent Island Elementary School located a bike in the woods just off of the trail. The TREK bike was turned over to a deputy and was placed into property held. The owner can claim the bike by calling (410) 758-0770 and identifying it.

NARRATIVE: Victim reported missing his 2003 Green Kawasaki Motorcycle from his unlocked shed. The Cycle was a 250CC model and valued at $1800.

LOCATION: 101 Nichols Manor Road, Stevensville
VICTIM: Cloverfields Property Owners Association
ARREST: Nicholas Rexford Reinheimer (18) of Stevensville
CHARGE: Burglary (3 Counts)
NARRATIVE: Home Owner in the area observed the light on in the “Snack Shack” at the community pool and started to go over turn it off thinking one of the workers had left it on. A few minutes later the light was now off. The home owner called the Sheriff’s Office and went over to the area and could hear noises inside the shack. The suspect began to leave and when told to stop, did so. When Dfc. Ambrose arrived the suspect was identified as Nicholas Reinheimer and was in possession of bolt cutters, a cut padlock and a back pack. Further inspection of the shack showed tampering with the cash register which had minor damage. Suspect was taken into custody and processed at the Sheriff’s Headquarters. A District Court Commissioner set bail at $15,000. At a bail review the judge raised the bail to $50,000 and held him at the QA Detention Center.

VICTIM: George Davis of Sudlersville
NARRATIVE: A neighbor of the victim called him after finding a gas can on the edge of his property. Realizing it was his and is kept in his shop, the victim checked and found that the door had been pried open. Several items were located near the shed but left behind by the burglar. Numerous wrenches, socket sets, a hydraulic tubing bender, saw and an extension cord was taken with an estimated value of $1,925.00
