INCIDENT: Malicious Destruction Of Property
DATE / TIME: 11/5/2017 approximately 1503 hours
LOCATION: 100 Block of Donna Ann Ct, Church Hill MD

VICTIM: 61yo female of Church Hill

DETAILS: Deputies were dispatched to the 100 Block of Donna Ann Ct, Church Hill MD, in reference to a past damaged vehicle a 2014 Honda 4 door. The damage occurred around the date of 10/13/17 at her residence. Through the deputy’s investigation it was determined that minor damage was located on the vehicle.

INCIDENT: Malicious Destruction Of Property

LOCATION: 100 Block of Watermans Ct, Grasonville MD

VICTIM: 87yo Male of Grasonville

DETAILS: Deputies were dispatched to the 100 Block of Watermans Ct, Grasonville MD, in reference to past damage to a vehicle 2000 Ford 4 door. It appeared that the left passenger side window had been shot by a BB gun. No Pellets or BB’s were found. Damaged was estimated at approximately $100.

INCIDENT: DUI / Loaded Handgun
DATE / TIME: 11-4-2017 0110 AM
LOCATION: RT 300 @ Ben Lee Farm LN
SUSPECT: Albert John Blake JR. 49 W/M Sudlersville MD.

DETAILS: On 11-4-2017 a white passenger vehicle was traveling E/B on RT 300 when it passed CPL.Martz with its high beams on. CPL.Martz conducted a traffic stop on a 2017 Ford Passenger car and came into contact with the driver and sole occupant of the vehicle who he identified as Albert Blake JR. While talking to Blake CPL. Martz detected a strong odor of alcoholic beverage coming from the vehicle. Blake admitted to CPL.Martz that he had been drinking. CPl. Martz observed Blake to have slurred speech and sway while he walked. Blake was asked to perform field sobriety tests but he refused to do so. Blake was placed under arrest for driving under the influence of alcohol. CPL. Martz later learned that Blake had a concealed carry permit and had his gun in the vehicle. CPL. Martz located a loaded Glock 27 in a black bag on the back seat with a spare magazine. Blake was also charged with carrying and transporting a handgun while under the influence of alcohol do to the gun being loaded and within reach of the driver.
