INCIDENT: Theft under $1,000
DATE / TIME: 6/20/18 at 8:53AM
LOCATION: 400 Blk of Pullman Crossing (U-Haul Storage), Grasonville, Md
VICTIM: 64yo male of Stevensville, MD
DETAILS: Dep. Patikowski responded to the above address in reference to stolen trailer tag. Upon arrival, Dep. Patikowski made contact with the victim. The victim advised that sometime between 5/16/18 and 6/20/18, unknown suspect(s) stole the license plate off his 2003 Load boat trailer. The trailer tag number is 763431G. The trailer tag is estimated to be approximately $120. If anyone has any information regarding this theft, please contact the QACSO at 410-758-0770.

INCIDENT: Theft under $100.00
DATE / TIME: 6/20/18 at 5:11PM
LOCATION: Calvin Klein Outlet Store @ Queenstown Outlets
DETAILS: Deputies were dispatched to the Queenstown Outlets regarding a theft at the Calvin Klein Store. Store employees informed deputies that an unidentified African-American female stole a dark-colored graphic T-Shirt. Upon arrival, deputies learned that the suspect had fled on foot. The T-Shirt is valued to be approximately $40. This case is currently under investigation. Anyone with any information regarding this case is asked to contact Dfc. INCIDENT: Underage Possession of Alcohol
DATE / TIME: 6/21/18 at 8:36AM
LOCATION: 301 @ Greenspring Rd., Queenstown, Md
CHARGED: Savanna Britton, 20yo female of Centreville, Md
DETAILS: Deputies responded to the above address in reference to a minor collision involving two vehicles. It was determined that both vehicles were drivable. Deputies made contact with the driver, later identified as Savanna Britton, of the black colored Ford sedan. While making contact, in plain view, deputies were able to see a case of beer in the backseat of the sedan. As a result, Britton was given a citation for underage possession of alcohol and released from the scene.

INCIDENT: Driving Under the Influence
DATE/TIME: 06/22/18 at 2:00 AM
LOCATION: Bloomingdale Rd, Centreville, Md
ARRESTED: Brian Levin 21yo male of Frederick, MD
DETAILS: Dfc Piasecki located a 2002 Dodge Pick-up in a ditch on Bloomingdale Road. While on location, the QAC office of the Sheriff received several calls regarding an individual walking down Bloomingdale Road and knocking on the door of several residences. Law Enforcement checked the area and was unable to locate the subject. It was unknown if the driver, later identified as Brian Levin, was injured or not. In response, a K-9 track was conducted by Dfc Piasecki. Levin was located a short time later. While speaking with Levin, Deputies smelled an odor of an alcoholic beverage on his breath. Levin admitted to leaving a local establishment after drinking several alcoholic beverages. Levin also admitted to driving into the ditch in an attempt to drive to a residence. Deputies gave Levin several Standardized Field Sobriety Tests which resulted in Levin’s arrest.

1. Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol per se
2. Driving vehicle while impaired
3. Reckless driving,
4. Negligent driving
5. Failure to drive right of center
