INCIDENT:        Traffic Accident

DATE / TIME:    11/16/2011 @ 1534 Hours

LOCATION:     Clark Corner Road @Hayden Road near Centreville

CHARGED:       Nicholas Paul Graves (22) ofEaston

 NARRATIVE:     Driver of the tractor trailer,Graves, failed to make the left curve of the road, struck a tree and came to rest in the front yard of100 Clark Corner Road the residence of Donald L. Leager. Sheriff’s Office investigated the accident assist by the commercial vehicle unit of the Maryland State Police. No injuries were reported. The owner of the truck is Joey Gavigan of Centreville.

 As a result of the investigation Graves was charged by the Sheriff’s Office for Speed greater than reasonable for conditions (Rain). MSP also charged the driver with violations of his driver’s log book.
