INCIDENT: THEFT
DATE / TIME: 02/25/2013 @ 1356 Hours
LOCATION: 417 Outlet Center Drive, Queenstown
VICTIM: Factory Brand Shoes
ARREST: Christopher William Bailey (21) of Ridgely, MD
CHARGE: Theft
NARRATIVE: Manager at the Factory Brand Shoes Store reported that a male had left the store wearing a new pair of shoes without paying for them. An old pair of shoes were located in the box on the shelf. The manager provided a description of the suspect and vehicle, a black Ford truck. The truck was located a few miles from the Outlets and stopped on RT 50 at RT 404. The suspect was a passenger in the truck and admitted to taking the shoes. The suspect was identified as Christopher Bailey of Ridgely. He was taken into custody, processed at Sheriff’s Headquarters and issued a criminal citation.

INCIDENT: Medical Emergency
DATE / TIME: 02/5/2013 @ 1611 Hours
LOCATION: Bay View, Grasonville
VICTIM: Female (41) of Centreville
NARRATIVE: A resident located a note which indicated the victim was in a nearby garage and called 911. Deputies responded and located the victim in a running car parked in a closed garage. Deputies made entry, removed the victim and were able to revive the woman. She was then transported to Anne Arundel Medical Center for treatment.

INCIDENT: Suspicious Package
DATE / TIME: 02/25/2013 @ 1713 Hours
LOCATION: Bathroom @ Outlets
VICTIM: Queenstown Outlets
NARRATIVE: Security Head for the Outlets reported that a suspicious package had been located in a women’s bathroom at the shopping mall. Security had begun to evacuate several of the businesses closest to the bathroom. Traffic into the mall was blocked and several more stores in the center building were closed and evacuated. A bomb technician team from the Fire Marshalls responded and were able to determine that the package was not dangerous and it was removed. The outlets were re-opened at 1949 Hours. Follow-up investigation will be handled by the Fire Marshall’s Office.

LOCATION: 200 Kent Landing, Stevensville
VICTIM: K-Mart
NARRATIVE: Store employee checking the fitting rooms located 18 video game cases with the games missing. The loss was placed at $396. Investigation remains open at this time.

INCIDENT: MDOP
DATE / TIME: 02/26/2013 @ 0124 Hours
LOCATION: 200 Block of Sassafras Street, Millington
VICTIM: Tammy L. Clough of Millington
ARREST: Pending
NARRATIVE: Victim reported a former male friend had been texting her threatening to assaulting her and damaging her property. A short time later the victim saw a car pull into her driveway and her former friend and three other males exiting the car. The men then shattered the windshield, passenger window and rear window of her mother’s Dodge pickup. The men the fled in the car described as a white Pontiac with Delaware registration. The damage to the truck is estimated at over $500. Charges are pending.
