INCIDENT: Burglary
DATE / TIME: 9/26/2018 at approximately 04:54 pm
LOCATION: 100 Block of Touhey Drive, Stevensville, MD
VICTIM: 68yo male from Stevensville, MD
DETAILS: Deputy First Class (DFC) Dickey responded to the above address in reference to a burglary. The victim stated he left his house on September 24, 2018, at approximately 9:00 am. When he returned to his home at approximately at 2:30 pm, he noticed his medication was missing. The victim stated that 49 Morphine 15 mg pills and 60 Hydrocodone 10/325mg pills were stolen. INCIDENT: Driving under the influence
DATE / TIME: 9/29/2018 at approximately 02:22 am
LOCATION: Maryland 301 North Prior To Hayden Clark Road, Centreville, Md
ARRESTED: Devanon Wilson, 23yo male from Felton, DE
DETAILS: Sergeant Meyers observed a 2007 Chevy pick-up driving over the posted speed limit. Sgt. Meyers conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, identified as Devanon Wilson. While speaking with Wilson, Sgt. Myers detected an odor of alcohol coming from Wilson’s breath. Wilson advised that he had consumed alcohol earlier that night. Sgt. Meyers conducted standardized field sobriety tests on Wilson. Based on the test results, Wilson was placed under arrest and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He was later released to a sober party.

INCIDENT: Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS)
DATE / TIME: 9/28/18 at approximately 12:25 pm
LOCATION: Sawmill Lane, Grasonville, MD
DRIVER: Brittany Barrett, 27yo from Chester, MD
PASSENGER: Chase Martell, 22yo from Chester, MD
DETAILS: While in the area of Round Top Park, Deputy First Class (DFC) Prince observed a black 2014 Chevrolet Toyota being driven with dark tinted windows. DFC Prince conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and made contact with the driver, identified as Brittany Barrett. DFC Prince conducted a consented search of the vehicle and located marijuana within the vehicle. DFC Prince issued an equipment repair order for the tint and a civil citation to both Barrett and Martell for the possession of marijuana less than 10 grams.

INCIDENT: Driving under the influence
DATE / TIME: 9/30/2018 at approximately 01:25 am
LOCATION: Route 18 and Piney Creek Rd
ARRESTED: Dante Dembow, 47yo in Baltimore, MD
DETAILS: While conducting traffic enforcement in the area of Route 18 and Piney Creek Road, Deputy Bradley observed a 2000 Ford Terrano II driving above the posted speed limit and swerving in and out of traffic. Deputy Bradley conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, identified as Dante Dembow. While speaking with Dembow, Deputy Bradley detected an odor of alcohol coming from the vehicle. Debow advised Deputy Bradley that he had consumed an alcoholic beverage. Deputy Bradley standardized field sobriety tests on Debow. Based on the test results, Dembow was placed under arrest and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

DATE / TIME: 9/30/18 at approximately 11:10 am
LOCATION: Watson Rd at Quail Run Drive, Centreville MD
DRIVER: Andy Bamaca, 19yo male from Sudlersville, MD
DETAILS: While conducting Radar Enforcement in the area of Watson Road and Quail Run Drive, Deputy First Class (DFC) Prince observed a Black 2008 Honda Civic driving above the posted speed limit. DFC Prince conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and made contact with the driver, identified as Andy Bamaca. While talking to Bamaca, DFC Prince detected an odor of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. A search of the vehicle revealed suspected marijuana and unopened alcoholic beverages. Bamaca was issued a civil citation for possessing marijuana less than 10 grams, a Must Appear notice for the underage possession of alcohol, and a traffic citation for driving above the posted speed limit. The alcoholic beverages and marijuana were confiscated.

INCIDENT: Theft
DATE: 10/01/2018 at approximately 12:15 pm
LOCATION: 131 Carville Rd, Centreville MD
VICTIM: U- Haul Neighborhood Dealer
DETAILS: Deputy Carnaggio responded to the above location in reference to a past theft. An employee of the business advised Deputy Carnaggio that that on September 15, 2018, a 26′ U-Haul truck, was returned to the office with a full tank of gasoline (approximately 37 gallons). The employee stated that on September 29, 2018, she rented the same 26′ U-Haul truck to another customer. When the customer checked the vehicle out, he advised that the gas tank was empty. The employee stated that the vehicle had not been moved since being checked in. LOCATION: Kent Island Shopping Center, Stevensville, MD
ARRESTED: Toni Ivey, 60yo female from Queenstown, MD
DETAILS: Deputy Carnaggio responded to the above location in reference to an intoxicated woman unconscious in her vehicle. Once Deputy Carnaggio arrived at the Shopping Center Road parking lot, he observed woman unconscious in her green Kia Soul with the engine running. Deputy Carnaggio woke up the driver, identified as Toni Ivey. Deputy Carnaggio detected an odor of alcohol coming from the vehicle. Ivey advised Deputy Carnaggio that she consumed alcohol prior to getting into her vehicle. Based on the test results, Ivey was placed under arrest and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.
