INCIDENT: Possession of Marijuana less than 10 grams
DATE / TIME: 10/20/2017 @ 0913hrs.
LOCATION: Evans Avenue Grasonville, MD 21638
CHARGED: Brad Davenport 36 y.o. W/M
DETAILS: Deputies received a complaint of CDS activity at a restroom located in Chester, MD. A detailed description of the car was given that the subject left in. Cpl. Martz spotted the vehicle parked at 301 Evans Avenue and observed Davenport pull a bag of marijuana from a book bag from inside the vehicle. The marijuana was seized and Davenport was charged on a civil citation for possession of marijuana under 10 grams.

INCIDENT: 2nd Degree Burglary
DATE / TIME: 10/20/2017 @ 0610hrs.
LOCATION: 1720 Bridgetown Road Henderson, MD
VICTIM: Eastern Shore Sand and Gravel
DETAILS: Deputies responded to the Eastern Shore Sand and Gravel pit located on Bridgetown Road for a past burglary. Sgt. Lowery met with management whom advised that sometime overnight unknown suspect(s) entered the property, cut the locks off of some storage containers and took several pounds of brass fittings and other miscellaneous items.

INCIDENT: Possession of CDS not Marijuana
DATE / TIME: 10/21/2017 @ 1442hrs.
LOCATION: Goldsboro Road Henderson, MD
CHARGED: Jason Myers 32 YO W/M from Denton, MD
DETAILS: Dfc. Cooper was running radar on Goldsboro Road when he observed a blue passenger vehicle traveling 71MPH in a 50MPH zone. Dfc. Cooper activated his emergency equipment and the vehicle pulled into a nearby open garage. The driver advised Dfc. Cooper that it was his house. It was later discovered that Myers never lived at the residence. Myers did not have a driver’s license. A K-9 unit was called and responded to the scene. There was a positive alert on the vehicle and a search was completed which resulted in the seizure of several pills that were in an over the counter pill bottle. The driver was subsequently arrested and later released by a District Court Commissioner.

INCIDENT: CDS Possession / Arrest Warrants
DATE / TIME : 10/21/2017 @ 1438hrs.
LOCATION: Drummer Drive Grasonville, MD 21638
ARRESTED: Samantha Thomas 24 YO W/F from Stevensville, MD
DETAILS: Cpl. Martz had received information that Samantha was frequenting the Drummer Drive area in Grasonville, MD. While checking the area, Cpl. Martz observed Samantha at the cul-de-sac and knew she had outstanding warrants through our office. Cpl. Martz placed Samantha under arrest and during a search of her belongings, 3 syringes, and a glass smoking device containing suspected crack cocaine was located. Samantha was charged with possession of CDS not Marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, and possession of CDS administering equipment. She was also served with 2 outstanding warrants from Queen Anne’s County and 1 outstanding warrant from Caroline County. She was held no bond at the Queen Anne’s County Detention Center.

INCIDENT: Found Property
DATE / TIME: 10/22/2017 @ 1119hrs.
LOCATION: Thompson Creek Road Stevensville, MD 21666
DETAILS: Deputy Dickey was dispatched to Thompson Creek Road in regards to found CDS. Dep. Dickey made contact with an employee who stated to her that she found a glass smoking device in the woman’s restroom on the diaper changing station. Dep. Dickey seized the paraphernalia and entered it into evidence.

LOCATION: South Lake Dr. Stevensville, MD 21666
VICTIM: 52YO W/M Preston, MD
DETAILS: The victim contacted the Office of the Sheriff via telephone to report a theft that occurred within Queen Anne’s County. Dep. Carnaggio spoke with Mr. Ritter whom advised that an employee was suspected of stealing some copper from one of his work vehicles. The total value of the copper is $579.00. Charges are pending.

INCIDENT: Found Property
DATE / TIME: 10/21/2017 @ 1036hrs.
LOCATION: Kent Narrows Bridge Chester, MD 21619
DETAILS: Dep. Carnaggio was dispatched to the fishing pier under the Kent Narrows Bridge in regards to found CDS. Upon arrival he met with the complainant whom advised that she located a bag with 17 hypodermic syringes inside. It is unknown where the syringes originated from and they were marked to be destroyed by hazmat disposal.

INCIDENT: Malicious Destruction of Property
DATE / TIME: 10/21/2017 @ 1449hrs.
LOCATION: Cecil Drive Chester, MD 21619
DETAILS: Deputy Carnaggio responded to the area of Cecil Drive Chester, MD for a report of damaged mailboxes. Upon arrival he spoke with the victim whom advised that when he left yesterday, his mailbox was intact and when he arrived back home today, it had been knocked over and damaged. His neighbor’s mailbox had also been knocked over. Dep. Carnaggio attempted to make contact with the neighbor with negative results.

INCIDENT: Trespassing
DATE / TIME: 10/21/17 at 10:09PM
LOCATION: 300 blk Lots Rd., Stevensville, Md. 21666
DETAILS: QACSO units responded for a trespassing/peeping tom complaint. Responding units were advised that the suspect was the complainant’s ex-boyfriend, Timothy Foreman. Upon arrival contact was made with the residents of the home. Victim advised that her ex-boyfriend, Timothy Foreman had come to the front door and asked to be driven home. She advised him that she would not and that he needs to leave the premises. She closed the door and went to her bedroom. She then noticed Foreman looking through her bedroom window and then opened it. She again told him to leave and closed the window. A few moments later and loud bang was heard from the bedroom window. A male resident looked out of the front door and observed Foreman, on their property, walking away from the bedroom window. He noticed that Foreman had thrown a garden light at the window, breaking the light and shattering the window. He called 911 at this time. When units arrived on scene, they searched the yard and subsequently found Foreman, trying to hide under a boat trailer. He was eventually taken into custody and before he was placed into a patrol car, he kicked a deputy. Foreman was taken to the ground as a result and became injured. EMS arrived on scene and he was transported to the Queenstown ER, where he was treated and released. He was then transported to QACSO for processing and then taken before a District Court Commissioner. He was held with no bond.
Timothy J. Foreman – charged with Trespassing, Trespassing Peeping Tom, MDOP over 1,000, MDOP under 1,000, Assault 2nd, and Resisting arrest.

INCIDENT: CDS possession/Contraband at Detention Center
DATE / TIME: 10/22/17 at 8:45PM
LOCATION: QACDC – 500 Little Hut Dr., Centreville, Md. 21617
DETAILS: QACSO units responded to the detention center for a CDS/Contraband complaint. Sometime earlier, a female prisoner, Samantha Hogan (26YO) had been brought to the detention center by Dep. Prince. She was held with no bond on charges and while a search of her belongings was conducted by Correctional Officers, a small amount of suspected Cocaine was located. An application for criminal charges has been completed for CDS possession and Possession of Contraband at a detention facility.
