INCIDENT:  Civil Citation (Marijuana: Less than 10 grams)

DATE / TIME:  11//15/17 at 2318 hrs

LOCATION:  7000 Blk of Main Street in Queenstown

DEFENDANT:  Earnest, Dylan J., Age 24 of Annapolis, MD

DETAILS:  While conducting routine patrol, a traffic stop was conducted on the above listed drivers vehicle.  The stop was initiated after the deputy witnessed that a headlight was out on the vehicle.  During the stop, a probable cause search was conducted and marijuana was located.  The defendant was issued a civil citation for Possession of Marijuana (Less than 10g) and issued one State Equipment Repair Order for the headlight.
