INCIDENT: Stolen Vehicle

LOCATION: 4100 blk Main St. Grasonville, MD. 21638
DETAIL: QACSO units responded for the theft of a truck (2003 Ford F350 Dually, Gray and Black in color, with MD Tag A265688). Upon arrival, contact was made with the victim, Alexander Dale (32 YO), who advised that his truck was taken sometime on 11/18/17 between 3PM and 10PM by unknown suspect(s), from his residence. He estimated the value of the truck to be $20,000. Anyone with info, contact QACSO

INCIDENT: Traffic Stop / CDS violations
DATE / TIME: 11/18/17 at 10:49PM
LOCATION: RT. 50 Westbound @ Jackson Creek Rd. Grasonville, MD. 21638
DETAILS: A QACSO deputy stopped a blue BMW passenger car with Virginia tags for traffic violations. Upon making contact with the driver, Elitcha Bonney (30 YO), the deputy smelled a strong odor of marijuana. Subsequently a search was conducted of the vehicle resulting in a small amount of marijuana being found. As a result, both the driver and passenger, Crystal Williams (36 yo), were issued civil citations for possession of marijuana, less than 10 grams. Additionally the driver was issued traffic citations for speeding (90 in a 55 zone), speed greater than reasonable, fail to obey a properly placed traffic control device, and negligent driving. They were released at the scene.

LOCATION: Jackson Creek Road Grasonville, MD
VICTIM: Mary Davidson 79yo female Grasonville, MD
DETAILS: The victim advised that she believed someone had stolen 4 checks from her mailbox that were written out to pay bills. The victim also received a phone call from her financial institution in regards to a suspicious check and her signature not matching the signature they had on file. The bank advised that an unknown female entered the bank and attempted to cash a $900.00 check with her account information on it. Dfc. Svehla is in the process of retrieving evidence and the investigation is on-going at this time.

INCIDENT: Assault

VICTIM: William Leager 74 y/o W/M Church Hill, MD
SUSPECT: Matthew Walsh, 54 y/o W/M Church Hill, MD
DETAILS: The victim contacted the Sheriff’s Office to report an assault that occurred earlier in the day. The victim advised that he was on Walnut St. Church Hill when an altercation took place in his vehicle and that Matthew Walsh attempted to choke him. The victim had minor injuries and was referred to the District Court Commissioner for charges.

INCIDENT: Theft under $100

LOCATION: Calvin Klein 121 Outlet Center Drive Queenstown, MD 21658
VICTIM: Calvin Klein
CHARGED: 17yo female from Timonium, MD
DETAILS: Cpl. Martz responded to the Calvin Klein store in Queenstown in regards to a theft of undergarments. Upon the arrival of deputy’s, the juvenile female walked out of the store and Cpl. Martz heard the alarm where he detained her. The manager advised she had the female on video stealing the undergarments. The undergarments were found on the female. She was charged on a juvenile referral and later released to her aunt. The value was $13.00

INCIDENT: MVC/DWI
DATE / TIME: 11/19/17 approximately 10:30PM
LOCATION: 2300 block of Peters Corner Rd. Marydel, MD
ARRESTED: Donald Anthony Bohle, 56yo male of Marydel
DETAILS: Deputies were dispatched to the 2300 block of Peters Corner Rd in reference to a single vehicle, motor vehicle crash. The vehicle was described as a green in color, Toyota van, bearing the MD registration GS0174. Upon the Deputies arrival, the driver was identified as Donald Bohle (56yo w/m). After initial investigation of the accident Bohle was put through Field Sobriety testing. Upon the completion of field sobriety tests, it was determined by Dfc. Jones that Bohle was under the influence of alcohol. Bohle opted to complete the Chemical breath test at the Maryland State Police Barracks in Centreville.
Bohle was charged with:
- Driving vehicle while under the influence of alcohol
- Driving vehicle while under the influence of alcohol per se
- Driving vehicle while impaired by alcohol
- Negligent driving
- Failure to control vehicle speed on highway to avoid collision
- Failure to drive right of center
Bohle was issued all appropriate documentation and released to a sober party.
