LOCATION:      1400 Block ofQueen Anne Drive,Chester

VICTIM:            Jennifer Alexander ofChester

 

NARRATIVE:     Victim reported finding an envelope with assorted documents missing from her Mazda Van. Her husband also reported that a bottle of cologne and $30.00 of change had been taken from his vehicle, a Jeep Liberty. Neither vehicle was damaged or locked.

 NARRATIVE:     Victim reported that sometime in the past week someone had stolen aToyota radiator and a crab line puller from his yard. Items were valued at $400.

NARRATIVE:     Victim reported finding her Chrysler Pacifica with damage to the driver’s side tire. A closer look it appeared it had been slashed. Damage was estimated at $70.

LOCATION:      Burrisville Road near Centreville

VICTIM:            Richard Jeeter of Centreville

 NARRATIVE:     Victim reported that unknown person(s) had taken his Gorilla Hanging Deer Stand and a Bushnell Trail Camera from the property he hunts on located on Burrisville Road. Items were reported to be well off of the road near an ATV trail. Items were taken sometime between the evening of November 11th and the afternoon of November 12th and were valued at $350.

VICTIM:            Donna Locklear of Chester

 NARRATIVE:     Ms. Locklear reported that someone had entered her residence and stole her groceries and an Elvis collectible plate. Investigation failed to show any forced entry. Items were valued at $117. The incident is believed to have occurred sometime the previous day.

VICTIM:            Mark A.L. Staab of Chester

 NARRATIVE:     Victim reported he was inBaltimore working when he realized someone had taken his wallet and DVD Player was missing. A further check revealed that a DeWalt drill was also missi9ng.  Victim recalled his dogs barking around 0330 hours but he didn’t see anything out of place at that time. Loss was estimated at $430.

VICTIM:            Joseph L. Fugitt of Stevensville

 NARRATIVE:     Victim reported that his credit card and debit card had been taken without his permission and used multiple times at location businesses by a former female friend. Charges and withdraws during September thru November totaled $9,144.00. Investigation remains open.

 NARRATIVE:     Deputies responded to the residence reference to a male subject acting irrational claiming he was scared people were after him. Subject was taken into custody and transported toAnneArundelMedicalCenter for treatment.

LOCATION:      600 Block of Ruthsburg Road, Centreville

VICTIM:            William Lucas of Henderson

 NARRATIVE:     Victim advised he had left some property at his mother’s residence onRuthsburg Road. Items included scrap metal, a Berkshire Pellet Stove and a one ton receiver hitch. The items were estimated to be valued at $2,100.

LOCATION:      100 Block of Sallitt Drive, Stevensville

VICTIM:            Jennifer A. Wright of Stevensville

 NARRATIVE:     Victim reported her Chrysler Pacifica had all four tires and every window had been smashed. Victim stated as she was leaving work around 9PM, she had found her rear passenger tire slashed and had left the vehicle overnight. When she returned in the morning to fix the tire she found the damage. The damage was estimated at $1650.00. Investigation remains open.

LOCATION:      400 Block ofPinetree Road, Chestertown

VICTIM:            Bank of America

 NARRATIVE:     Property Manager Richard Klages reported that unknown person(s) had broken into a vacant house owned by the Bank of American and had pulled much of the hot water baseboard copper pipe. While the pipe was estimated at $600 the damage and repair costs will be much higher. Entry appeared to be by forcing a door open and occurred in the past three weeks.

LOCATION:      5100 Block ofMain Street, Grasonville

ARREST:          William E. Volm (28) of Grasonville

 NARRATIVE:     Deputies serving a warrant for William Volm at his residence for CDS offenses. During the arrest in plain sight was a homemade smoking device with suspected CDS Residue. Seven hypodermic syringes were also seized. Volm was held on a $25,000 Bond.

 NARRATIVE:     Victim reported that sometime during the night of the 15th to 16th, someone had taken a new Tom Tom GPS unit and about $8 in change from his unlocked Honda Civic. The loss was estimated at $200.

DATE / TIME:    11/17/2011 @ 0115 Hours & 0630 Hours

LOCATION:      700 Block of Dixon Drive, Stevensville / 1000 Block of Love Point Road, Stevensville

VICTIM:            Richard Alexander of Stevensville / Janelle M. Walker of Stevensville

 

NARRATIVE:     Victim reported hearing what sounded like a gunshot in the distance around 1 AM. About 15 minutes later, while walking his dog he noticed the passenger window was smashed on his 2010 Ford Escape. Missing was his wife’s purse with debit and credit cards. The vehicle was locked and parked in the driveway.

 Later during the shift, Dfc. Richard responded to Love Point Roadfor another report of theft. Ms. Walker reported her front window broken out on her Mercury Mountaineer and her Coach purse & wallet, a HP laptop and her Rumor Cell Phone were missing. The theft loss was estimated at $900. and the damage at $250.

 Victim did report that around 0130 AM she heard a vehicle with loud exhaust and manual transmission leaving the area quickly.
