LOCATION: 200 Block of Rose Villa Lane, Sudlersville
VICTIM: Leo M. Dulin of Sudlersville
NARRATIVE: Victim reported finding his gym bag missing from his truck. The bag contained his driver’s license, credit cards, Asics running pants and a pair of New Balance running shoes. He also reported missing a new $45 bridge ticket booklet. Total loss was estimated at $25.

INCIDENT: Medical Emergency

LOCATION: Grasonville, MD
VICTIM: Male (15) of Grasonville
NARRATIVE: Deputies responded to residence after a parent reported a 15 year old male “ acting Up”, cursing, throwing items in the kitchen and living room and kicking the front door. Parent also stated the boy had not been taking his medication. Deputies transported the boy to Anne Arundel Medical Center for treatment.

VICTIM: Ramshead Shorehouse

NARRATIVE: Manager at the Ramshead Shorehouse reported a patron had opened a bar tab and the amount totaled $301.17. The man attempted to pay the bill with a credit Card which was declined. When the manager informed the man, he said he needed to make a phone call and then left the establishment. Charges are pending.

INCIDENT: Credit Card Fraud
DATE / TIME: 01/12/2013 @ 1036 Hours
LOCATION: Peters Corner Road, Sudlersville
VICTIM: Harvey Macy of Sudlersville
NARRATIVE: Victim was contacted by a subject claiming to be from Microsoft advising his windows warranty was expiring and needed to be renewed. Victim provided the caller with his credit card info and his computer password and was charged $300. After contacting Microsoft, the victim learned that it was a scam and that he should cancel his credit card and change his passwords. The caller was using 866 numbers and going under the name of World PC Solution.

INCIDENT: Burglary / Theft
DATE / TIME: 01/12/2013 @ 1144 Hours (Reported)
LOCATION: 600 Block of Millington Road, Sudlersville
VICTIM: Charles J. Leager of Sudlersville
NARRATIVE: Victim reported missing his chest waders and two firearms from his shop. Items were left there on the 8th after hunting. On Saturday 12th he went go hunting again and discovered the items missing. The waders were camo colored valued at $100. The firearms were an HR single shot 12 gauge slug gun with a scope and a .17 caliber Savage semi-auto also with a scope. The guns were valued at $800.

INCIDENT: Possession of CDS
DATE / TIME: 01/12/2013 @ 2211 Hours
LOCATION: 900 Block of Monroe Manor
ARREST: Maxwell Joseph Mosscrop (20) of Stevensville
CHARGE: Possession of CDS (Marijuana) / Theft / Fireworks Possession without Permit
NARRATIVE: Parent called deputies to the residence after smelling the odor of marijuana coming from the son’s bedroom. Dfc. Ambrose smelled the odor on arrival and knocked on the bedroom door. When Maxwell Mosscrop opened the door the odor intensified. Mosscrop was placed under arrest and a baggie with suspected marijuana seized. In addition numerous m-88’s and firecrackers were in plain view and seized also. Mosscrop was also in possession of several prescription medications belonging to his parents. Mosscrop was transported to Sheriff’s Headquarters for processing and charges. He was later released by a District Court Commissioner on his own recognizance.

INCIDENT: Burglary
DATE / TIME: 01/13/2013 @ 0332 Hours
LOCATION: 320 Romancoke Road, Stevensville
VICTIM: Kent Island Depot
NARRATIVE: Deputies responded to location in response to an alarm. On arrival the front glass door had been broken and items strewn about the front portion of the store. Video showed a suspect in a light jacket, ski cap plaid shite and gloves entering the store and pushing the ATM machine out of the building. A suspect vehicle was also captured on video and described as a maroon Dodge truck. The ATM machine and contents was valued at $12,000 to $13,000 and damage to the door at $500.

LOCATION: 425 Outlet Center Drive, Queenstown
VICTIM: Gucci
NARRATIVE: Gucci Employee reported finding an empty hanger and reviewed security footage. The video showed two African American males (20’-30’s) in the area. One of the subjects put the jacket on and walked out the door. The jacket was brown leather valued at $1379.00
