LOCATION: Shopping Center Road. Chester, MD
VICTIM: Hubert Lowe of Lowes Automotive, Chester
NARRATIVE: Victim reported that a person who had purchased a car several months ago had been in complaining about a damaged tire. Victim advised it was a road hazard and not the responsibility of the business and the customer left. A short time later, the victim saw the customer standing near a red 2002 Chevrolet pickup but avoided an argument but not going out on the lot. Once the customer left, victim walked over to the truck and discovered that the truck had been recently “keyed” down the length of the truck. Damage was estimated at $1200. Charges are pending.

LOCATION: 400 Block of Timber Lane, Grasonville
VICTIM: Scott Harding of Grasonville
NARRATIVE: Victim reported that while he was doing yard work he noticed a black & red hunting arrow had penetrated his fence striking his air conditioning unit. The estimated damage was $15 for a new fence panel. The air conditioning unit was not damaged.

NARRATIVE: Victim reported that someone had broken the window on his food cart parked in Baker’s Liquors parking lot. It did npot appear that entry was made inside the cart. Damage was estimated at $100.

CHARGE: MDOP
NARRATIVE: Victim reported that someone had vandalized his 2012 Ford Focus during the previous night with mustard. A check of the neighborhood resulted in Cpl. Davidson contacting a juvenile who admitted that he and two friends were walking around and had a bottle of mustard from one of their homes. They squirted the victim’s car at random. Damage was under $25. The three juveniles have been referred to Juvenile Services.
