INCIDENT:      CDS – suspected Heroin

LOCATION:        105 Clay Drive, Queenstown, Md. 21658. Royal Farms

DETAILS:      Dep. Matteson and EMS responded for a check welfare of a subject sitting a car acting strange. EMS arrived first and placed the subject in the ambulance for an assessment. The subject, identified as Donald Ricker Jr (24 YO) was in a Nissan Sentra 4 door sedan, white in color. Due to the nature of the call and other circumstances, a K9 was requested for a scan. Dep. Patikowski responded with K9 Drake and conducted a scan. As a result of the scan, a search was conducted of the vehicle, which resulted in the finding of a capsule of suspected heroin. Ricker was transported for further treatment and charges are pending further investigation.
