NARRATIVE: Suspect was observed placing bras and make-up into her purse and fleeing the store. Suspect is described as a white female in her 30’s about 5’8” with medium brown hair in a ponytail wearing a black long-sleeved shirt, jeans and black shoes driving a gray colored car with Maryland Tags. Value of the items were about $45.00

NARRATIVE:. Victim report being contacted by his bank who advised him that someone had purchased items at a Staples Store in Newark Delaware using a fraudulent check with his account number. The check was written on February 24th in the amount of $1,464. Because of this fraud, the bank closed the account for the victim. Information was supplied to Delaware State Police for follow-up.

VICTIM: Corsica River Sailing Center
NARRATIVE: Cpl. Shane Russell responded to the location for a report of an underage party. On arrival several vehicles were seen leaving the area and the remains of a bonfire could be seen. The bonfire consisted of two picnic tables from that location. Cpl. Russell requested Goodwill Fire Company to respond and extinguish the fire. The tables were valued at $300 and the investigation remains open.

VICTIM: Male (15) of Stevensville
NARRATIVE: Parent of the child reported that their son age 15 was missing since attending school on the previous day. The parent also advised that the child’s friends were local but they did not know who they were. The parents also had searched his room and found a smoking device with suspected CDs residue. They also advised he had stolen money from a sibling and in the past had purchased synthetic marijuana (Known as K-2). Deputies broadcast an attempt to locate and around 1851 hours located the subject on a basketball court on Old Love Point Road. Other circumstances gained from the investigation caused the deputy to transport the boy to Anne Arundel Medical Center for treatment.

Incident occurred sometime between 1030 Hours and 1640 hours while the vehicle was parked in the rear parking area. The iPod was valued at $500 and the window replacement estimated at $300.

NARRATIVE: Victim report having lunch at a restaurant on Abruzzi Drive with his wife. When they left, he forgot to take his backpack with him which contained a EPA Badge with ID, a retired Secret Service Badge with ID, an iPhone, a Blackberry and several other items. When the victim returned, they were unable to locate the backpack. The server recalls asking the next occupants if the backpack belonged to them and they replied no yet when they left the backpack was gone. Using credit card information the person seated at the table after the victim were located and found to be a former MSP Barrack Commander and provided a different account of occurrences. At this time the investigation remains open. The items missing were valued at $535. Due to the nature of the items EPA and Secret Service were notified.

NARRATIVE: Dfc. Sewell responded to location in response of a call from Tyler Hawkins who was advising he had been assaulted. Hawkins reported that he was arguing with an unknown subject when two security employees took him by the arms and escorted him outside. On the way out another person hit him in the eye with a fist. Hawkins was complaining about security being too rough but refused medical treatment. Additional units responded to location and as Sgt. Meil arrived he observed a heavy-set white male urinating in front of patrons entering and leaving the establishment. This subject was identified and released at the scene with charges pending to his transportation. While on the scene, DFC. Ambrose was approached by a female, Deanna Rogers who reported being punched in the face by a tall white male she pointed out. The male subject was identified and stated a fight had broken out near him and as he attempted to leave, Ms. Rogers had slapped him and he pushed her away. These two subjects were referred to the Court Commissioner if they desired charges.

When advised they were closing, he became angry, went outside and flipped over and destroyed a picnic table. The business called later the following evening and advised the subject had returned and was paying for the damages. No further action.

NARRATIVE: Deputies were called to location for an assault in progress. On arrival A/Cpl. Brockman met with Kyle R. Gibson who advised he had been assaulted by his sister’s ex-boyfriend Timothy Walbert. Gibson further advised he was at the residence to get his sister’s personal property at her request. He advised he had knocked on the door with getting a response. Since his sister is still on the lease, he was told by her to enter thru a window on the side of the house. As he was climbing in the window, he was kicked in the head by Walbert. He then climbed back out of the window and called 911. When interviewed, Walbert reported he was asleep and heard someone yelling. As he came downstairs to answer the door, he saw someone climbing in the window so he kicked him. Neither subject was injured and neither wanted charges. No further action.

NARRATIVE: Victim’s son reported finding a screen porch door with a new cut to gain access, however it did not appear that entry was made to the house. Mrs. Sidebottom advised that it may be related to a theft that occurred on 3/9 when her son had a party at the house and her Samsung Tablet, a Tiffany ring and a charm bracelet was stolen. The stolen items were valued at $1,250.

NARRATIVE: Victim reported she was doing a Landlord Inspection of the house and discovered that a Kenmore refrigerator was missing which was valued at $400. She also reported extensive damage to the house including holes in the walls and floors, broken windows and dog feces about the house. She also complained about chickens in the rear shed. The victim was directed to the District Court for possible charges and civil actions.

INCIDENT: Firearms Complaint

LOCATION: Dulin Clark Road, Centreville
ARREST: Joshua Michael Goddard (18) of Centreville
NARRATIVE: Property owners in the area reported three males were fishing and firing weapons in a pond and wooden area near their homes. The area is an open space area and owned by a Zebulon Brodie who was contacted by the deputy. Mr. Brodie advised he had told one of the subjects, a Joshua Goddard once before he was not to trespass on the land. The three were located and admitted to fishing and shooting cans with pellet rifles. Two of the subjects, males 18 and 19 were advised to leave the area and not to return. The third subject, Goddard was taken into custody and charged with Trespassing. He was later released by a District Court Commissioner on his personal recognizance.
