INCIDENT:           Medical Emergency

DATE / TIME:      04/30/2012 @ 1910 Hours

LOCATION:         Hibernia Road, Centreville

VICTIM  :              Female (42) of Centreville


NARRATIVE:        Deputies responded to location after a female had threatened to injure herself after consuming wine most of the day. The female also verbally indicated she wanted to harm himself and just disappear. She was transported to Anne Arundel Medical Center by ambulance for treatment.

DATE / TIME:      04/30/2012 @ 1641 Hours

LOCATION:         12 Chester Plaza, Chester, MD

VICTIM  :              Rey Perez-Juavez (40) of Smithfield NC


NARRATIVE:        Deputies responded to location after a male had been injured at a construction site. Co-workers at the McDonalds reported that Perez fell from a third floor scaffold in between the scaffold and building landing face first. When co-workers reached Mr. Perez, they realized he was not breathing and began CPR and were able to revive him. Perez was then transported to Shock Trauma by helicopter. MOSH was notified and will further investigate the incident.

DATE / TIME:      04/30/2012 @  1641 Hours

LOCATION:         Lands End Road @ Island Creek Road, Centreville

VICTIM  :             Edwin A. & John O. Crandell Inc of West River MD


NARRATIVE:        Deputies responded to location after the company foreman reported that sometime between 4/27 and 4/30 someone had broken a window to the office trailer at the bridge construction site. It appeared that someone had thrown a large metal object thru the window but no entry had been made. Damage was estimated at $50.
