INCIDENT: Theft of Motor Vehicle
DATE AND TIME REPORTED: December 10, 2017 at 0815 hours
LOCATION: Pine Tree Road, Chestertown Maryland
NARRATIVE: On December 10 at approximately 0815 hours, Dep. J. Lewis responded to Pine Tree Road area of Chestertown for a reported stolen motor vehicle. The victim reported the vehicle was stolen from her driveway sometime overnight. The vehicle is described as a 2003 Chrysler Sebring beige in color with Maryland tags. INCIDENT: Domestic Assault 2nd degree
DATE / TIME: 12/6/2017 @ 8:32 pm.
LOCATION: Price Station Road Church Hill, MD 21623
ARREST: William Tulowitzky Jr. 22yo w/m
DETAILS: Queen Anne’s County Sheriff Deputies and Maryland State Troopers responded to Price Station Road for a physical domestic assault between father and son. Investigations determined that a physical altercation had occurred between the two and that the son identified as William Tulowitzky Jr. was the primary aggressor. Based on evidence at the scene and witness statements, William Tulowitzky Jr. was placed under arrest for domestic assault 2nd degree. A search of his person resulted in a seizure of suspected heroin and drug paraphernalia. He was charged with the following:

Possession of CDS not Marijuana
Possession of Paraphernalia
William Tulowitzky was seen by the District Court commissioner. He was held at the Queen Anne’s County Detention Center without bail.

INCIDENT: Domestic Assault 2nd degree
DATE / TIME: 12/6/2017 @ 2314hrs.
LOCATION: May Lane Stevensville, Queen Anne’s County, MD 21666
VICTIM: 41 year old white female
ARREST: Bryan Moran 41 year old white male
DETAILS: Queen Anne’s County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to May Lane, Stevensville, MD to check the welfare of a female. Deputies met with the victim, she stated that her husband, Bryan Moran struck her in the lip with his fist. The incident occurred because her phone was ringing alot and she did not let him immediately see the phone. There were visible signs of an injury to the victim. Bryan Moran was placed under arrest for 2nd Degree Domestic Assault. He was seen by the District Court Commissioner. Bryan Moran was held at the Queen Anne’s County Detention Center without bail.

DATE / TIME: 12/06/2017 approximately 0745 hours
LOCATION: 200 Block of Old Love Point Rd., Stevensville, Queen Anne’s County, MD
VICTIM: 49yo Male of Stevensville
DETAILS: Queen Anne’s County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to the 200 Block of Old Love Point Rd, Stevensville MD, in reference to a past theft from a vehicle. The vehicle was described as a white color, Chevy work van and Trailer. The victim, stated that lawn care/gardening equipment was stolen from the vehicle. The following items were stolen. One Stihl power trimmer, one Stihl back pack leaf blower, one Stihl chain saw, one Stihl hedge trimmer, and one Husqvarna leaf blower. The lawn care/gardening equipment has an estimated worth of $2,290.The items were last seen inside the vehicle on December 5, 2017 at approximately 7:00pm.

INCIDENT: Fraud/False Charges
DATE / TIME: 12/06/2017 approximately 10:32 am
LOCATION: 2000 Block of Cecil Drive, Chester, Queen Anne’s County, MD
VICTIM: 53yo Female of Chester
DETAILS: The Queen Anne’s County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 2000 Block of Cecil Dr, Chester MD, in reference to a past fraud complaint. The victim noticed that there were fraudulent charges on her bank statement in the amount of approximately $431. The charges were originated from Ocean City, Maryland . This investigation is currently on going.
