INCIDENT:                              Possession of Marijuana

DATE AND TIME REPORTED:                        3/13/18       2354 hours

LOCATION:                             Cabin Creek Landing in Grasonville, MD 21638

NARRATIVE:               Deputy Pack was conducting a patrol check in the area of the Cabin Creek Landing in Grasonville, MD. The Deputy observed a vehicle occupied by 2 subjects. After further investigation and a search of the vehicle, Deputies located a small amount of suspected Marijuana. Brandon Harding admitted ownership of the Suspected Marijuana and was issued a citation for possession of Marijuana less than 10 grams. Both subjects were released from the scene.

INCIDENT:                              Burglary

DATE AND TIME REPORTED:            3/13/18       1647 hours

LOCATION:                             100 Block of South Carolina Road in Stevensville, MD 21666

VICTIM:                                  Male of Stevensville, MD

NARRATIVE:               Deputies were sent to a residence located in the 100 block of South Carolina Road in Stevensville in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with the victim and learned that a window had been smashed and items were stolen from inside the home. The stolen items include a black Acer laptop computer valued at approximately $200.00 and anyone with information regarding this case is asked to contact Dep. INCIDENT:                              Driving Under the Influence

DATE / TIME:                         03/15/2018 approximately 2255 hours

LOCATION:                            100 block of Spring View Ave, Millington MD

ARRESTED:                            Tae Kol Woo, 59yo male from Millington, MD

DETAILS:              Deputies were conducting traffic enforcement in the area of Rt 544 and Rt 290, Crumpton MD. Deputies witnessed a silver in color, 2003 Chevy Truck, bearing the Maryland registration 37M719, fail to stop at a red flashing light. Deputies attempted to complete a traffic stop on said vehicle at which time the vehicle would not stop.

After approximately 1.1 miles, the vehicle came to a stop. Contact was made with the driver, who was identified as Tae Kol Woo. While speaking with Woo, Deputies smelled a strong odor of an Alcoholic beverage coming from Mr. Woo’s Breath. Mr. Woo admitted to having drinking a bottle of wine prior to driving.

After Deputies Investigation Mr. Woo was placed under arrest and charged with:

  1. Attempt by driver to elude police
  2. Driver failure to obey properly placed control device
  3. Driving vehicle while under the influence of alcohol
  4. Driving vehicle while impaired by alcohol
  5. Driving vehicle while so far impaired by drugs/Alcohol, cannot drive safely

 

Mr. Woo was issued all appropriate paperwork and released to a sober party.

INCIDENT:                              CDS less than 10g

DATE / TIME:                         03/16/2018 approximately 0019 hours

LOCATION:                             Cox Neck Rd at Stevens Dr, Chester MD

SUSPECT:                                 Michael Gidharrie, 22 yo male of Chester, MD

DETAILS:              Deputies were conducting traffic enforcement in the area of Cox Neck Rd, Chester MD. Deputies witnessed a silver in color, Jeep, bearing the Maryland registration 8CN9680, fail to come to a complete stop at a stop sign. Contact was made with the driver, who was identified as Michael Gidharrie. While speaking with Gidharrie, Deputies smelled a strong odor of Marijuana coming from the vehicle. A Probable Cause search was completed which resulted with locating Marijuana inside the vehicle. Gidharrie was cited on a civil citation for the Marijuana less than 10g and was given a warning for failure to stop at a stop sign.
