INCIDENT: Medical Emergency
DATE / TIME: 04/20/2014 @ 1800 Hours
LOCATION: Stevensville
VICTIM: Female (Early 40’s) of Stevensville

NARRATIVE: Deputies responded to the residence for a domestic. On arrival they found a female having difficulties standing and talking. They were able to learn she had been drinking at a location at Kent Narrows and then after coming home had taken a large amount of prescription medication. EMS arrived and transported the woman to Anne Arundel Medical Center for treatment.

LOCATION: 116 Outlet Center Drive, Queenstown

NARRATIVE: Store manager reported that several hours prior to the report, two females had stolen two purses valued at $656. The manager advised one of the women had distracted employees while the other put the purses under her skirt.

The women were described as African-American with one wearing a black & white shirt and dark pants and the other wearing a dark shirt with a long dress and a silk head wrap.

INCIDENT: Underage Alcohol Possession
DATE / TIME: 04/20/2014 @ 2311 Hours
LOCATION: Grange Hall Road, Queenstown

CITATION: Johnny Allen Crites Jr. (20) of Queen Anne, MD
CHARGE: Underage Possession of Alcohol

NARRATIVE: A deputy working plains clothes observed several vehicles in the side parking lot of the 7/11 and a male exited a truck carrying a camouflage shotgun. The male then got into another vehicle with the gun, which then left the parking at a high rate of speed. The car was followed and then stopped by two units when it turned onto Rolling Bridge Road. The occupants of the vehicle, all males advised there was a shotgun in the car. An open bottle of an alcoholic beverage was also observed.

Johnny Crites (20) advised the deputies both the shotgun and alcohol were his. The three also advised they were on the way to Crumpton for a fight and that Crites had the shotgun to scare the intended subject. No shells were located in the vehicle or on any of the three occupants.

Crites was issued a civil citation for underage possession of alcohol. The shotgun was seized and held for safe keeping based on the subjects statements.

LOCATION: 500 Block of Dixon Tavern Road, Barclay
VICTIM: Female (5) of Barclay

NARRATIVE: Deputies responded to the location for a reported injury on an ATV. It was reported that a family member was driving the Yamaha Bear Tracker with the child on the rear and attempted to cross a small dirt hill when the ATV rolled backwards and into a small tree. The child was taken to Sudlersville Fire House by a parent and then flown to Johns Hopkins.

INCIDENT: Possession of CDS
DATE / TIME: 04/22/2014 @ 1438 Hours
LOCATION: Cabin Creek Public Landing, Grasonville

ARREST: Pending
CHARGE: Possession of CDS (Marijuana) & Possession of CDS Paraphernalia

NARRATIVE: Deputies checking the Cabin Creek Landing located a subject in a blue Volkswagen passenger car and when contacting him smelled marijuana. A search of the car resulted in the seizure of a blunt cigar and a metal smoking device with suspected marijuana. Items were seized and scheduled to be sent to the lab for testing.

The occupant of the car a 25 year old male from Rock Hall was released at the scene pending charges.

INCIDENT: Theft from a Vehicle
DATE / TIME: 04/23/2014 @ 1900 Hours
LOCATION: Old Love Point Park, Stevensville
VICTIM: Donald E. Eaton Jr. of Stevensville

NARRATIVE: Victim reported being at the park watching a T-Ball game for a couple of hours. Upon returning to his Volvo station wagon he discovered a broken back window and his wife’s purse and his computer bag with his Samsung tablet were missing. The loss was estimated at $700.
