DATE AND TIME REPORTED:        4/26/18       10:47 a.m.

LOCATION:               2700 Block of Harrington Drive in Chester, MD 21619

VICTIM:                     52 of Chester, MD

NARRATIVE:             Deputies responded to the 2700 Block of Harrington Drive in Chester, MD for a report of theft. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with the victim and learned that a mailbox had been stolen from its post. The mailbox was described as a black mailbox with a red flag. It was valued at approximately $15.00 and anyone with information regarding this case is asked to contact Deputy Barlow at mbarlow@qac.org or 410-758-0770 ext. 1963. DATE / TIME:    04/27/2018 approximately 4:40 PM

LOCATION:      403 Outlet Center Dr, Queenstown MD 21658

VICTIM:             22 yo Female of Barclay MD

DETAILS:           On 4/27/2018 around 1840 Deputies were dispatched to 403 Outlet Center Dr which is the Banana Republic for a past theft.  Upon arrival deputies made contact with the victim who stated she received a call from her bank about a recent purchase from Target totaling $500. Toulson advised the bank that she did not make these purchases and the bank froze her account. Toulson stated she then checked in the store where she stores her purse while working and noticed that she was missing all 5 of her credit cards. The bank refunded her money for the $ 500 charge. All credit cards were frozen and new ones will be issued. Deputies reviewed the video footage from the store and observed 3 African American females enter the store. The footage shows two suspects distract the employee as one of the females enters the storage area where the purse was. The video footage then shows all the females leaving the store together.  Pictures of the three women were captured from the video footage but have yet to be identified.

DATE / TIME:    04/27/2018 approximately 7:20 PM

LOCATION:      200 block of Lighthouse View Dr, Stevensville MD 21666

VICTIM:             45yo female of Stevensville MD

DETAILS           On 4/27/2018 around 7:20 pm deputies responded out to the 200 block of Lighthouse View Dr for a reported theft of two ATV’s. Upon arrival deputies made contact with the victim who stated two ATV’s were stolen from her drive way. She described both ATV’s as being a V Moto 125cc, one was red and white and the second was blue and white. Victim stated she remembered seeing both ATV’S in her driveway this morning. She also stated she was advised by her son later that afternoon that the ATV’s were not in the driveway anymore and this is when she contacted the police. They estimated the value to be $1798 for both Atv’s combined.

DATE / TIME:                  04/28/2018 approximately 9:45 PM

LOCATION:                     W/B Rt50 @ Exit 44A Grasonville MD

SUSPECT:                       Trevon Brown 20yo of Pocomoke Md.

DETAILS:          On 4/28/2018 Deputies were on patrol in the area of W/B Rt50 and Exit 44A when they observed a White 2017 Jeep Deputies conducted a traffic stop on that vehicle for a traffic violation.  While talking with the driver Trevon Brown an odor of marijuana was detected coming from the vehicle. A search of the vehicle was conducted and marijuana less than 10 grams was located. A license check was conducted on Brown which showed that his driving privileges has been suspended. Brown was issued a civil citation for the marijuana and traffic citations for driving on a suspended license.

LOCATION:               Bay Tree Storage – 400 Pullman Crossing in Grasonville

VICTIM:                     53 of Vienna, VA

NARRATIVE:             Deputy Bush responded to the Bay Tree Storage in Grasonville for a report of a damaged boat trailer fender. The complainant advised Deputy Bush that he had parked his boat and trailer at the location for winter storage and when he returned for the spring he noticed the trailer fender was damaged. The complainant could not provide any suspect information and anyone with information is asked to contact the Sheriff’s Office at email Dbush@qac.org

DETAIL:   Dep. Matteson responded for a theft complaint and upon his arrival, made contact with the victims.  The victims advised that sometime between 4/28/18 at 4:30PM and 4/29/18 at 12:30PM, unknown suspect(s) stole several items from outside of the residence. Stolen were 2 brown, wooden lawn chairs and 1 brown, wooden lawn table with a total value of $150. Anyone with information contact QACSO at email Pmatteson@qac.org

LOCATION: Queenstown Outlet Center, Queenstown, MD

DETAILS:   Deputy Barlow responded to the Sunglass Hut in reference to a theft of a pair of sunglasses. The suspect fled the area prior to law enforcement arrival. Suspect description was black male, approximately 60 years of age, operating dark colored Ford F-150 pick-up truck. Suspect vehicle was last seen traveling north bound Rt. 301. INCIDENT:  Possession of Marijuana more than 10 grams

DATE / TIME: 05/01/2018 @ 1:14 am

LOCATION:  Rt. 50 in the area of Sportsman’s Neck Road, Queenstown, MD

Arrested: Lauren Dunn, 24yo female, Reisterstown, MD

DETAILS: Dfc Piasecki observed a gray Mazda traveling on Rt. 50 with an inoperable headlight. A traffic stop was initiated on Rt. 50 in the area Sportsman Neck Road. Upon approaching the vehicle, Dfc Piasecki detected an odor of Marijuana from within the vehicle. A search of the vehicle was conducted and Marijuana was located inside. Operator/ owner of the vehicle was Lauren Dunn and she was arrested and charged with Marijuana more than 10 grams. Dunn was processed and transported to the Court Commissioner, where she was later released on an unsecured bond.
