INCIDENT: Handgun Violation
DATE / TIME: 04/28/2016 @ 0010 Hours
LOCATION: Grasonville Cemetery Road, Grasonville
DETAILS: Following reports of subjects on Grasonville Cemetery Road with guns, Sheriff’s Office and MSP units responded. The MSP units had stopped two subjects on foot and found that one of the subjects had a 9mm loaded pistol in his waistband. Statements were made about other subjects also armed and that shots had been fired. These subjects allegedly had fled the area prior to police arrival.
Vernell Roosevelt McFarland III (22) of Grasonville was charged with handgun charges and violation of a Protection Order. After processing he was held on a $125,000 bond until it was posted on 4/29.

LOCATION: 300 Block of Wilson Road, Grasonville
DETAILS: Victim reported the theft of his red & white Honda CR250 dirt bike from in front of his residence. At the time of the theft it was chained to a four-wheeler which was not taken. The bike was last seen the evening before and was valued at $1200.

LOCATION: 501 4H Park Road, Centreville MD
DETAILS: R.B. Baker & Sons reported several thefts of scrap metal, wiring and tools sometime during the past week. Items were estimated to be valued at $1500.

INCIDENT: DWI Arrest
DATE / TIME: 05/04/2016 @ 0002 Hours
LOCATION: RT 50 @ Dominion Road, Chester
DETAILS: A silver colored Honda was observed drifting into other lanes of the highway several times. The Honda was stopped at Exit 42 between RT 50 & RT 18.
Contact was made with the driver, identified as John Paul Gambriel (37) of Odenton, MD and an odor of alcoholic beverage was noted. With additional indicators present, the driver was asked to attempt several field sobriety tasks. Based on his attempts, he was then placed under arrest. Upon completions of charging documents and related paperwork, he was later released to a sober individual.

INCIDENT: DWI Arrest
DATE / TIME: 05/05/2016 @ 0025 Hours
LOCATION: RT 301 @ Cherry Lane, Queenstown
DETAILS: A Mazda passenger car was clocked at 81 MPH and stopped for the violation. The driver was identified as Tristan Paul Pouliot (20) of Stevensville. Odor of alcohol was present as were a 12 pack of alcoholic beverages, with two empty.
Driver requested to attempt field sobriety tasks as directed by the Deputy. Based on the attempts, Pouliot was placed under arrest. After processing and charging documents were issued, he was released to a parent.

INCIDENT: Theft
DATE / TIME: 05/06/2016 @ 2052 Hours
LOCATION: 120 Outlet Circle, Queenstown
DETAILS: Employee at the Adidas store reported that two subjects entered the business and while the clerk was busy with a customer, left the store with two pairs of Adidas Samoa sneakers valued at $120.
The suspects were described as an African-American male wearing a black hoodie jacket, black pants and grey Adidas sneakers. The 2nd suspect was an African-American female with dreadlocks wearing a black top and black pants with white stripes down the leg and white Adidas sneakers. The suspects left the Outlets in a white Acura.

INCIDENT: Theft
DATE / TIME: 05/06/2016 @ 2112 Hours
LOCATION: 100 Outlet Center Drive, Queenstown
DETAILS: An employee at one of the businesses used the public restroom at the Outlets and left her phone on the sink countertop. Upon returning several minutes later, the phone was gone. The phone was a new gold & black Samsung S6 valued at $650.

INCIDENT: Assault
DATE / TIME: 05/08/2016 @ 0023 Hours
LOCATION: 201 Wells Cove Road, Grasonville
DETAILS: Victim was leaving a nearby establishment and walking thru the parking lot to return to his vehicle. Victim observed a male subject urinating on a vehicle and a verbal altercation occurred. As the victim was walking away, he was struck on the right side of his head. Suspect was described as a white male about 5’10” with brown hair and a goatee ran from the location.
The victim was transported to the Queen Anne Emergency Room for treatment.
