INCIDENT:                  Possession of marijuana under 10 grams/ Open Alcoholic container in MV

DATE / TIME:              07/26/2017 @ 2259 hours

LOCATION:      Old Love Point Road @ Larch Place Stevensville, MD 21666

Arrested:          Shane Slotterback W/M, 18 of Grasonville, Md Released on Signature

DETAILS:    Suspect vehicle was stopped for a speeding violation; during the stop the odor of marijuana was smelled.  Search of the vehicle resulted in suspected marijuana and open alcoholic container in motor vehicle.  Suspect was charged with possession of marijuana under 10 grams and open alcoholic container in motor vehicle.  Suspect was released on scene on his signature.
