Jamie Marie Rosetta, W/F, dob: 05/22/85

CDS Seized: 524.0 grams of suspected marijuana

8.4 grams of suspected Psilocybin Mushrooms

100 suspected Oxycodone pills

9 suspected Methadone pills

36.2 grams of suspected K-2 synthetic marijuana

Currency seized: $280.00

Assisting Personnel: Maryland State Police uniformed Troopers, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and members of the Kent County Narcotics Task Force

Synopsis: On 03/29/18 at approximately 0800 hours the Queen Anne’s County Drug Task Force, assisted by uniformed Troopers from the Centreville Barrack, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and members of the Kent County Narcotics Task Force, served a knock and announce search warrant at 305 Riverview Road Chestertown, Queen Anne’s County, Maryland. This is the residence of Thomas Allen and Jamie Rosetta. Rosetta was in the home, with Allen located nearby when the warrant was served. Entry into the home was made through a locked door when Rosetta failed to answer the door.

A search of 305 Riverview Road revealed 524.0 grams of suspected marijuana,  8.4 grams of suspected Psilocybin Mushrooms, 100 suspected Oxycodone pills, 9 suspected Methadone pills, 36.2 grams of suspected K-2 style synthetic marijuana, digital scales, packaging materials for street-level distribution, mail to Allen and Rosetta at the residence and $280.00 in U.S. currency from in and around the residence.

Allen, who has a prior criminal history for felony drug charges and resisting arrest, was charged with Possession of Marijuana with the intent to distribute, Possession of Oxycodone with the intent to distribute, Possession of Psilocybin with the intent to distribute, Possession of Methadone with the intent to distribute Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Oxycodone, Possession of Psilocybin, Possession of Methadone and the possession of paraphernalia.

Rosetta, who has a prior criminal history for CDS possession, prescription fraud, shoplifting and burglary was charged with Possession of Marijuana with the intent to distribute, Possession of Oxycodone with the intent to distribute, Possession of Psilocybin with the intent to distribute, Possession of Methadone with the intent to distribute Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Oxycodone, Possession of Psilocybin, Possession of Methadone and the possession of paraphernalia.

Both Allen and Rosetta are awaiting to be seen by the District Court Commissioner at this time.
